This set includes 2 cutters allowing you to make 6 different sizes of blooms - 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm and 70mm, all using the same technique.

When using this cutter we recommend working with a 50/50 mixture of sugarpaste and modelling paste. Also works well with sugarpaste, flower or modelling paste and marzipan.
